How is a commercial cleaning quote calculated?
Pricing comes down to square footage, the type of space, how much of it is high-traffic, the tasks in your scope and how often we visit. We complete a free on-site walkthrough, then send a flat monthly price with the scope of work attached so you can see exactly what is included.
Do you clean after hours or during the business day?
Both. Most offices, clinics and retail spaces prefer overnight or evening service so the work is invisible. Warehouses and multi-shift operations are often scheduled around production, and buildings with heavy foot traffic add a day porter during business hours.
Are your employees insured and background checked?
Yes. Every OLAH team member is a background-checked employee — not a day-labor subcontractor — and we carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We provide certificates of insurance naming your entity before the first service date.
Do you clean warehouses and manufacturing facilities?
Yes. Warehouse, distribution and manufacturing work is a core part of what we do, including machine floor scrubbing for large areas, rack and overhead high-dusting, dock and staging-area cleaning, cardboard collection and baling support, and the break rooms, locker rooms and restrooms your crews use. Programs are scheduled around your shifts, including nights, weekends and planned shutdowns.
Can you work in a food manufacturing facility?
Yes. We provide cleaning support for food manufacturing and processing environments, with programs that can be aligned with the FDA and SQF sanitation standards your plant is audited against. Procedures are written around your existing SOPs, zoning rules and production schedule, and we keep documented task lists and completion records for your audit file. To be clear about what that means: OLAH Services is a cleaning contractor, not a certifying body — we support the requirements your facility is responsible for meeting.
