Supporting FDA & SQF facility requirements

Cleaning programs for FDA and SQF-regulated environments

OLAH Services provides commercial cleaning support for food manufacturing and processing environments, with an emphasis on sanitation, consistency, facility cleanliness and cleaning procedures designed around the operational requirements of the facility.

  • Aligned to the standards you are audited against

Cleaning programs can be aligned with FDA and SQF sanitation standards, and are written to sit alongside the food-safety plan your facility already operates under.

  • Built on your procedures, not a generic checklist

Scope, methods, chemicals and frequencies are set around your existing sanitation SOPs, zoning rules and allergen controls — then written down so every visit is repeatable.

  • Scheduled around production

Work is planned around production runs, changeovers, sanitation windows and shutdowns, so cleaning never becomes the reason a line stops.

  • Documented for the audit file

Task lists, completion records and chemical documentation are kept current, so the paperwork exists before an auditor or customer asks to see it.

OLAH Services is a commercial cleaning contractor and is not a certifying body. We provide cleaning services designed to support the food-safety requirements your facility is responsible for meeting.

Pricing

Flat monthly pricing, built from a real walkthrough.

We do not quote commercial work from a square-footage calculator and a phone call. We walk the building, scope the tasks and give you a number that holds.

What drives your price

Square footage, the mix of hard floor and carpet, restroom count, traffic levels, the tasks in your scope and how often we visit. Nothing else.

What is always included

Labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning chemicals, quality inspections and your account manager. Consumables can be included or billed at cost — your call.

What you will never see

Fuel surcharges, mystery line items or an annual price creep you were not told about. Any change to scope or price is agreed in writing first.

Getting started

Four steps from first call to first inspection.

Most new accounts go from walkthrough to first service inside two weeks.

  1. 01

    On-site walkthrough

We visit your facility, measure the real square footage, review traffic patterns and listen to what has not been working with your current program.

  2. 02

    Custom scope & transparent quote

You receive a written scope of work and a flat, itemized price — nightly, weekly, monthly and periodic tasks all defined. No surprise line items later.

  3. 03

    Onboarding & crew training

We handle keys, alarm codes, badge requirements and insurance certificates, then train your assigned crew on the building before the first service date.

  4. 04

    Inspections & ongoing reporting

Supervisors inspect against the scope on a set schedule, share results with you, and adjust the program as your facility and headcount change.

Build your program

Not sure which services your building actually needs?

That is exactly what the walkthrough is for. We will tell you what your facility needs, what it does not, and where your current program is leaking money.

  • Fully insured & bonded
  • Background-checked crews
  • OSHA-compliant procedures
  • FDA/SQF-compliant procedures
  • Green-certified products
  • 24/7 emergency response
  • Dedicated account manager
